This "Annie Quilt" was made by Michelle and binding was done by Becky. It's a baby gift for a mutual friend who is awaiting the arrival of little miss Ella in July.

Wave Quilt +3
It has been a busy blanket month at my house this month! Thanks to an unfortunate cancelled Fairbanks trip :-( and lots of rain, I had ample time to work on this month's challenge.
The first is a Wave Quilt from Oh, Fransson! You can find the tutorial here. I had a 1/2 yard pack made up of mostly Kaffe Fasset prints that has been sitting on my shelf for too long! It was perfect for this project. As soon as my sister gets hers done we can send off to the quilter!! I will post more pictures when it returns and is binded!
This next one is for my friend's baby who is due to arrive the 1st of August. I had bought this homemade charm pack back in February with no real project in mind. I LOVE the oranges and how it turned out!! Another one to send off to the quilter!
This last one I threw together minutes before I was supposed to be at a baby shower. LITERALLY. Shower started at 1pm and I think I had finished top-stitching at 1245! Talk about procrastination! I love this flannel and love how it is girly but not all pink and purple! It is perfect for my friend's baby girl. Mama is not the biggest fan of pink!!
My final blanket project of the month was binding my Central Park quilt. I finished the quilt top in March 2011! I finally had it quilted this fall...maybe November! and it has been sitting in my craft room staring at me to bind it. well...I was able to get the binding on one side...now I just need to sit down and finish it!! I have one more day...wishful thinking I know!! :) no pictures of this one but I will post one with the other two once they are quilted and binded! Yes, it may not be for another 12 months at the rate I am going!

Baby Quilt
I love it when our project works for something I need to get made. I've been wanting to make a blanket for a neice's baby that is now 9 months old. I've had this minkie fabric for quite a while. Used flannel for the back. It's hard to tell but I quilted a simple flower pattern on it. It's very soft and cuddly. The colors are pink and brown. Hard to tell in the pic. Now to get it in the mail. Baby Blanket
New version of I Spy...pieced top and flannel backing. Think I still prefer actually quilting this but this came together quickly and should be loved!

Pillowcases
These are pillowcases my friend "hired" me to make for her mother in law. She grows award winning chrysanthemums, so that is what the pictures are. My friend picked out the fabric and sent it to me. I've slowly but surely been working on them and finally put them in the mail yesterday.
